How to Modify Bookings
Through the CarerNest App
Open the App: Launch the CarerNest mobile app
Go to Bookings: Tap on "My Bookings" in the bottom navigation
Select Booking: Find and tap on the booking you want to modify
Choose Action: Tap "Modify Booking" and select your desired change
Confirm Changes: Review and confirm your modifications
Through the Website
Log In: Sign in to your CarerNest account
Dashboard: Go to your account dashboard
My Bookings: Click on "My Bookings" in the sidebar
Edit Booking: Click "Edit" next to the booking you want to change
Make Changes: Update the details and save your changes
